ehm, t'was not just a claudio's sketch :D
it was published as the cover for conan stalker of the woods #1, july 1997

anyway, very good redo and ps inking, and i like veeeeery much the serpent background effect you gave to the picture! very cool idea and realization

Really?I didn't know that,I just came across the sketch in an Iron Man issue, I think it was also in 1997.

do you remember what ironman issue?

Yeah, sure.It was in Iron Man Vol 2, issue 8(June, 1997) with the title "Rebel Yell". The Conan sketch was in the last pages, I suppose as a promo for the series that you mention above.
